Terms of use

The short version: these are information tools. They are not legal advice, and they are not a substitute for a licensed representative.

What this is

AHI Life publishes self-serve tools built on Canada's public immigration record: form fillers, an intake, a searchable front door, and a public roster of licensed collaborators. They are operated by Align Horizons Inc., Alberta, Canada.

What this is not

We can make mistakes

We can make mistakes. We check every source daily and correct what we find. Always confirm with the official source before you act.

Verify before you rely on anything

Our results point at official sources so you can check them yourself. Rules change, and a page can be out of date before you read it. You remain responsible for your own decisions and for anything you submit to a government.

If you are working with a licensed professional

Representation comes from the licensee you engage, under their own agreement with you, and their professional obligations are owed by them. Being listed on our roster is not an endorsement by us. You can and should verify any licensee yourself on the public register.

Access codes

Access codes are personal, expire on their own, and are not for sharing or resale. We may decline or withdraw access where a code is misused.

Availability

The tools are provided as they are, without a warranty that they will be available, uninterrupted, or free of error. We add, change and withdraw tools as the work proceeds.

Status. This page states the terms we are prepared to stand behind today for the public tools. Fuller terms covering accounts, subscriptions, refunds and the community features are with counsel, and will be published here when settled. Questions in the meantime: info@ahilife.ca.
